Hello stampers and happy Friday to you! Today I am sharing a fun card with you: Gilded Autumn Wish For Everything. Why the long name? Well, the paper is called Gilded Autumn and the stamp set is A Wish for Everything. This card is a result of a card sketch challenge which I will share the sketch so you can play along too if you want!
Gilded Autumn
Gilded Autumn is the name of the beautiful paper in the suite with the same name. This paper is so, so beautiful with its earth tones and a pop of gold and copper foil on some of the paper.
Here you can see this pretty paper used on some great projects in the Holiday Catalog.
A Wish For Everything Thanksgiving Card
A Wish For Everything is a huge stamp set that covers almost every occasion. It comes with coordinating dies as well and it a very popular choice to put in your starter kit. Did you know that you pay no shipping or tax when you get the starter kit? The dies are called Word Wishes and are found on page 183 of the annual catalog. Here is my card.
Not only is the paper in this suite gorgeous, so are the accessories! In this next picture you will get a good look at the pretty acorn trinkets. You can also see that I layered the Thanksgiving die cut with pool party and early espresso to create a shadow effect. I also wanted it to show up in contrast to the patterned paper. The other neat detail to take note of is the ribbon. Yes, it curls!!! Not crazy curls like wrapping paper ribbon, but classy curves to keep people guessing how you did that!
Feeling Lonely?
COVID19 continues to wreak havoc with our lives preventing us from crafting together and seeing our friends. If you are looking to connect with other people or you need consistent training as a demo at an affordable price I have the solution for you! Here are the options:
- Prime Time With The Pampered Stamper. This private group is for those looking to stamp together, to get creative inspiration, to win prizes and to have a safe place to interact with like-minded individuals. Cost: $10 a month.
- Pampered Stamper Training Group. This group is particularly for Stampin’Up! demonstrators but anyone is welcome to join. I do a weekly live video on different aspects of running a successful SU business. Cost is only $5 a month (I know, I’m crazy, but I really believe in accessibility for everyone and when you first start out as a demo you are not making a lot of money)
- Free! Follow me on my Facebook page The Pampered Stamper, on YouTube or on Instagram. I love connecting with you, sharing cards, travel experiences and great food. Be sure to click “subscribe” on YouTube and “follow” on Instagram so that you don’t miss anything.
- My Team!! This is of course the best place to be and you can join if you live in Canada. If you join my team you get FREE membership to both Prime Time and the Training Group. Getting the starter kit has no obligations and it will give you a 20% discount on your stamps until the end of January 2021. You will also get a great deal on the starter kit and a “membership” into the best club ever! We all want to belong to fun groups. I hope that you get over the fear of “signing up” and not worry about being or becoming anything you don’t want to be or become.
In A Creative Funk?
Sometimes COVID19 can affect us by crippling our creativity. If you are in that state, you might want to consider my tutorials. If you purchase one of my tutorials by the end of September, I will send you a bonus tutorial on October 1!! You can browse my tutorials here.
Thanks!

I like this sketch, seems easy to work with. Love your card ~ nice blue touch.
thanks so much! The pool party is an unusual touch for fall cards, but they used it in the paper and it looks so nice.
Love the card you have made Jackie, the colours are gorgeous ….. must make time to have a go at this sketch 😉 Thank you for such a thoughtful post, times are certainly still isolating for many people and crafting is a great way to connect with others …..
Thanks so much Chris. Hard to go wrong with this beautiful paper. Apparently it is sold out right now but will be available again at the end of November!!
Chris, you are the winner of the card. I will pop it in the mail for you. Thanks for being such a loyal supporter.
Oh WOW thank you so much Jackie really looking forward to seeing your lovely card IRL 🙂 . Sorry I have only just seen this post too busy looking at all the beautiful wedding photos, what a fabulous day you all had. Thanks again for all you do to keep us motivated …..
Jackie, this card is perfection! From the subtle, but beautiful bg paper, to the gorgeous guilded autumn paper, to the fantastic card sketch, it’s all beautiful. What a gifted artist you are! And not only that, but also an enabler. I’m a summer person, and other than the gorgeous colours of the leaves, I don’t really enjoy fall. But after seeing this card, I not only NEED the fall dsp, but also the ‘Word wishes’ dies.
How nice of you Ina! That is the ultimate compliment. I think we are all a bit like that as paper crafters. When we see a nice creation we need the supplies!
Wow! What a great adaptable design Jackie! I love it! I’m going to have to print that picture, so I can experiment with the design and my offcuts stash!
It is fun working with a sketch. I like to do it with my team and I also did it with my Prime Time Group.
