Hello stampers and happy Tuesday to you! Today I have some cards for you that I made using the Magic Meadow dies. Combined with the Pearlized Enamel Effects, you get a stunning result. If you love embellishments and you don’t have a huge budget, these Pearlized Enamel Effects are for you. You can get them in either basic, which is red, black and white pearl, or in metallics, which is copper, gold and silver. In Canada they are about $22 for three bottles. I’m guessing that they probably make at least a thousand pearl-like embellishments.
The saying that I used inside the card comes from Night Divine which is lovely all by itself, but exquisite with the coordinating dies! They are on the retiring list so get them before they’re gone!!
For this card I added a pop of colour with the die from the Sending Cheer dies.

Hello stampers and happy Monday to you! Have you seen those pretty gold hoops in the holiday catalog? You can find them on page 43. Actually, no. There is a card there with a beautiful gold hoop but I just realized that the gold hoops are in the annual catalog on page 156. If you want to make a really special card for someone, then these gold hoops are the ticket.
Pretty Gold Hoops with Acorns
I liked the card in the holiday catalog so much that I didn’t change a thing. Both the gold hoops and the acorns are very high quality, you will want to gift them to a discerning recipient! Actually if you think what you pay for a nice Hallmark card, this is peanuts and so much prettier.
A Few Tips and Tricks
I randomly stamped the sentiment on the card front which is 3 3/4″ by 5″. My grid paper was handy as a guide for spacing but it is not crucial. I adhered the gold hoop with glue dots strategically positioned so they would be hidden under the ribbon and the trees. Two dimensionals were place on the card front where the trees would go. I put Stampin’ Seal+ behind the trees and adhered the ribbon to the trees before attaching them to the dimensionals. The gold twine was threaded through two acorns which were tied together in a knot and then affixed to the trees with another amazing glue dots. Glue dots are small but mighty and an essential part of your card making tool kit.
Prime Time With The Pampered Stamper
We made this card in my private group called Prime Time for short. I created this group to fill the void left by COVID. It gives me an opportunity to do live video tutorials on a regular basis for a small fee of only ten dollars a month. It is more personal than a regular Facebook live and it has extra fun built in with weekly prizes and a monthly pdf tutorial. I hope you join too! You can check out the details here.
Thanks so much for joining me today. I am at my parents celebrating Pap’s 94th birthday. God is so very good. This birthday is a real miracle as Pap has regained his faculties and is no longer on oxygen either. We honestly didn’t think we would be celebrating this birthday. I will be sure to post pictures. Thanks especially for all the love and concern and prayers poured out for him when he was ill. They were heard!!
I hope you have a super day my friends. The next time I will write to you I will be in Holland.
