Hello stampers and happy Friday to you. Gone Fishing is a fantastic bundle with a LOT of stamps and dies. It also comes with great patterned paper. After stamping all the images and die cutting with all the dies, I came to the conclusion that this bundle is great value. Not only is it perfect for masculine cards, it also is very well suited to scrapbooking and gift packaging. Let’s take a look shall we?
Gone Fishing Bundle
Here is an image of all the stamps stamped on a piece of white cardstock with the die cuts laying beside them. I do this for my Stamping Through My Stash video series on YouTube. Every Wednesday you can join me for a new Stamping Through My Stash video.
If you look at the next photo, you will see that these two dies make ripples in the pond. The ripples are subtle, so they really come to life when you sponge them with some colour. I used Misty Moonlight. When I get back from Norway I hope to actually make some cards with this bundle.
Some Great Inspiration
Here are a few sites that you can click on for some great card ideas. This pop-up card from Rachel Tessman is amazing. You will also love this tacklebox card from Laura Seki. Her card is not on her Facebook page, but I saw it on the Demonstrator Planning Place. If you enjoy daily inspiration, you might want to join my Pampered Stamper Favourite Finds Group on Facebook. Every day I share a “favourite find” for your inspiration.
The Catalog as an Idea Book
Do you use the annual catalog as an idea book? It really is a wonderful resource! Once you “case” (copy and share everything) a card from the catalog, you get a good start and your own creativity will start flowing. Here are a some ideas for you.
A Personal Note
Tomorrow Gerard and I leave for England and then on Sunday afternoon to the cruise ship to sail to Norway on the incentive trip. Did you know that less than 1% of demonstrators earn this trip? I feel incredibly blessed and truth be told, I did work very hard to earn it. What a wonderful feeling that Gerard finally gets to experience one of these trips.
A big thank you to all of you who have helped to make this happen. Thanks to my customers and my team members and to all of you who have shared my posts, commented on my videos and subscribed to my YouTube channel.
For the week that I am gone you will get a $5 coupon for every $25 you spend on online orders. Happy shopping!!!
Happy Tuesday stampers. Today I am going to share a gorgeous card in shades of blue with vellum embossing. To say that I love this card is an understatement. I used one of my all time favourite stamp sets, In The Moment. Would you like to see it??
Shades of Blue
This card was inspired by the gorgeous Countryside Inn paper which should be available again next week. It has many shades of blue and it reminds me of Delft Blue.

Subscribing will help you know when I post a video, although I am super consistent. Every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday there is a video posted at 10am EST.
Perhaps you will even get a new stamping buddy by sharing this video on your own Facebook page!

Hello stampers and happy Wednesday to you! Today I am showing you a most lovely card called a Box Fold Card. This card was brought to my attention by one of my loyal followers and she asked me to do my take on it. When I checked out the link that she sent me, I loved the card just the way it was. Then I realized that I did not have 8 1/2 by 11″ cardstock here in the Netherlands, I only had A4 cardstock which is longer and narrower (approximately 8 1/4″ by `11 3/4″. That meant I had to recreate the fold with metric measurements. This also meant that I had to adapt the card because the closing mechanism no longer worked. Huge thanks to Beverlee Morales for the incredible design of this card.
Don’t you just love how this box fold card matches my lovely new blouse? Purely coincidental but it really does make me very happy! Bubble Bath is just the most ethereal shade of pink!

Please watch the video below to see how this card is put together and also for the measurements so you can recreate it at home. If you love the video please give me a thumbs up and consider leaving a comment or sharing on Pinterest or Facebook. Your shares and comments and thumbs up really do make a difference and I truly appreciate it!

Way to Grow caught my eye right away when I saw the new mini catalog. I love it when you can combine stamps to make a complete image. In this stamp set you can combine stamps to make different people but you can also combine stamps to make different potted plants. It really is just so much fun!!
Card Ideas
Here are some of the cards that I came up with while playing with this stamp set. I found that it combined very well with the Enjoy the Journey paper. For this first card I stamped the sentiment from Way to Grow in Versamark on Evening Evergreen and white embossed. The die is from Beautiful Shapes dies.
Secret Ingredient
The secret ingredient on the two last cards is the Eden dies. You can find them on page 171 of the annual catalog. Maybe you were lucky enough to get them for free during saleabration? I know that is what I did and it made me so happy. My job as a Stampin’Up! demonstrator is to let you know about all the amazing deals that Stampin’Up! offers.
The best one is available all year long and it is the starter kit. Did you know that you can get the starter kit even if you don’t plan on making a business as a demonstrator? You can get it just for your own discount! Click here to get your kit in Europe, or here in Canada.
Thanks for joining me today and happy stamping! Have a super day.
Hello stampers! Do you love surprises? If you buy this bundle you will definitely get one or two. There are dies in the Lighting the Way bundle that are not shown on the stamp set. First there is a large lantern die and then there is a large dragonfly die in three parts so that you can customize your dragonflies! There are three little embossed dragonflies and two open dies to cut out your stamped dragonfies. Dragonfly heaven!
A Jackie Original and some CASEd Cards
The card above is a “Jackie original” but the other two that I will be featuring are the genius work of other demonstrators that I have CASEd (copy and share everything).
The card on the far left was CASEd from Yvonne Spikmans and the card in the middle was from Natasa Steinke.
The sentiment on this card is from the saleabration set Sending Support. I die cut the lantern also in vellum and the little pieces for the “glass” in the lantern are the vellum pieces to give it a softer look.

Hello stampers and happy Thursday to you. Free shipping today is the big news. Stampin’Up! has also issued a kit challenge to us so I am trying to sell 6 kits to 6 different people and I hope that you will be a part of it. If you read my newsletter you will know why I think this is such a good idea. To encourage you even more I am offering a free draw for the Sweet Gingerbread Bundle which is sold out. See the photos below for some inspiration that I found online.
Here is the link for Martin’s blog so you can read how he made this card. I’m sad that it is no longer available but I am thrilled to offer the bundle as a prize to someone who orders a kit from me. You can find all the kit offerings here.
The Golden Reason Behind a Kit Purchase
Have you ever thought about what “your people” want the very most for Christmas? Most often it is time with you. So many people are lonely and so many people could also use a meaningful hobby that allows them to connect with other people. The answer? A gift of a kit along with a note that says that you will come and craft with them. Today you get free shipping with orders of $100 or more. If that is beyond your budget and you are local, then you can message me your order and I will add it to mine and you can do a porch pickup.
Free Tutorial
When you place an order of $60 you always get a free tutorial bundle from me. This month there are two to choose from, but you can always request an older one. You can see all my tutorials here. I am also part of a Bundle Focus tutorial group and that tutorial is free with a $35 purchase since it is a simpler format.
Free Shipping!
I’ll end this blog post with a reminder that the free shipping is for today only, Thursday December 15, 2022 on orders of $100 or more. As a thank you you will also get a free embellishment of your choice, so let me know what you would like and I’ll pop it in the mail for you with a card. Thanks for joining me today and have a super day.
A Personal Note
Yesterday I drove to my mom’s with my oldest daughter Stefanie and her baby August. What a precious day. Mom was such a trooper, filled with joy and not one word of remorse that Pap was not there to celebrate this moment with her. She just focuses on her blessings and has deep joy and peace. What an example she is to me and to all of us!
