Hello stampers and happy Friday. It’s almost Christmas and I have a very fun Merriest Trees Vintage tag to share with you. This is the time of the month that I start making beautiful tags to go with the packages I have wrapped. I must say that the large tag that I discovered in the Merriest Trees bundle was a lovely surprise!! It’s actually my favourite part!
Here’s a closeup and you can see the gorgeous detail in the tag die from Merriest Trees. This bundle will be “unbundled” in the next catalog, so if you want to save the 10% you need to purchase it before January 4, 2024. Good to know, right?

This video will show you all the stamps and dies from Merriest Trees. It is from my Wednesday series called Stamping Through My Stash. You can check out the entire playlist here.
Just a heads up!
Please be aware that some of these products are retiring, so if you want them, order them now. Treat yourself! The Merriest Trees bundle is being carried over, but it will no longer be a bundle, so then you lose your 10% savings on bundles. The Traditions of St. Nick is retiring. You can see what is left on the retiring list here and the deals on the clearance rack here. Happy shopping!!
Thanks so much for joining me here today. Enjoy these last few days before Christmas. Hugs from Holland!!
Hello stampers and happy Saturday to you. Today I have some Meandering Meadow corner fold over “fun-fold” cards for you. This technique is not super difficult, but it IS a lot of fun and is perfect with the Meandering Meadow paper. Perhaps you are not aware of this beautiful paper, and I totally understand that. It is one of the lovely “online exclusives” products that can only be found online. No worries, I will have a link for you to click on in the product list at the end of my blog post.
The Sketch
I find it helpful to have a diagram where I can see where the cutting lines are and where the score lines are. Measurements are helpful too!
The Cards
I made the card in two different variations, one in Very Vanilla and one in Petal Pink. Let’s take a look. (I do have to say, this type of card is very difficult to photograph well!)
Below you will see a short video on how the Corner Fold Over card opens up and what it looks like inside.
Video Tutorial
Would you like to see how the card is actually made? Check out my video on YouTube. It’s much easier than it looks, especially if you have the sketch that I shared at the beginning of this post.
Where to find it?
The Meandering Meadows suite is only available online, it is not in any of the catalogs. Look under the category “online exclusives”. If you live in Canada, you’re lucky! Just click on the images below in the product list to shop with me. We’ll both be happy!! Early Merry Christmas to you. Have a super day.
Hello stampers and happy Tuesday to you! Today I have some cards for you that I made using the Magic Meadow dies. Combined with the Pearlized Enamel Effects, you get a stunning result. If you love embellishments and you don’t have a huge budget, these Pearlized Enamel Effects are for you. You can get them in either basic, which is red, black and white pearl, or in metallics, which is copper, gold and silver. In Canada they are about $22 for three bottles. I’m guessing that they probably make at least a thousand pearl-like embellishments.
The saying that I used inside the card comes from Night Divine which is lovely all by itself, but exquisite with the coordinating dies! They are on the retiring list so get them before they’re gone!!
For this card I added a pop of colour with the die from the Sending Cheer dies.

Thanks for joining me today. Just a heads up that Thursday December 14 is FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more. Treat yourself, or treat your loved ones by telling them that they can shop for you online without having to wait in lines in stores or in traffic jams in the city!
Have a super day and enjoy this time leading up to Christmas! Hugs from Holland.
Hello stampers and happy Monday to you. I finally got to using the Forever Forest bundle. It was a little comical watching me make this card because at first it didn’t look like it was going to amount to much! Check out the video later on in this post to see for yourself. Take hope! Blunders can be fixed or minimized.

More Inspiration
Do you know how I check to see if I ‘need” a new stamp set? I put the name of the stamp set and then “Stampin’Up” behind it in the Google search. Then click on images. Grab a coffee or tea and scroll. If you are suitably inspired, then you click on order now! Here are a few other cards that I found that I loved, using this bundle.
You can check out Cheri’s blog post here to read more about this stunning birthday card.
Check out Catherine Proctor’s blog here to read all about this great card.
Thanks!
Thanks for joining me today on my blog. I hope you were inspired, not only by me, but also by my fellow Stampin’Up! demonstrators. Together we CAN change the world one card at a time.
Hello stampers and happy Saturday to you. Yes, I am catching up on my blog posts or these Christmas projects will no longer be relevant!! Today I used the Stars at Night Hybrid embossing folder and the deckled circle dies to make a beautiful Christmas ornament.

The Catalog as Inspiration for my Stars at Night Ornament
I used the catalog for my inspiration for this ornament. The Stampin’Up! designers used a gold metal circle purchased from Amazon, but I didn’t have these, so I improvised. If you sandwich two deckled circles together with the cording in between you get a lovely and relatively sturdy ornament. Also much cheaper!!
I hope that I have inspired you to use your paper for things other than cards. If you want more inspiration AND you want to pay it forward, then join me for my Christmas Magic party on Wednesday December 13 at 10am EST or 4pm in the Netherlands. You can join for free with a $60 order OR you pay $20 which will go to kits for the Women’s Shelter and Mental Health support groups. Here is the registration form.
I hope you join me for some paper crafting fun! We will make tags, bags and ornaments and perhaps even a box!! Together we really CAN make a difference. Please share this post if you care.
